Edward Rose Is Dead Died January 31, 1906 Obit Published February 1, 1906 "Edward Rose, aged 86 years, died Wednesday afternoon. He had been in poor health ten years. Mr. Rose had lived in Corunna and Caledonia township for more than forty years and was one of the best known men in this part of the county. Mr. Rose was for forty years a stockholder in the First National Bank, of Corunna, and was the only man who was an original stockholder and kept his stock there until the bank ceased to exist a couple of years ago.
A wife and two children, by his second marriage, survive him - Mrs. H. L. Towler, of Minneapolis, with her children arrived Monday, and Bert Rose, of Corunna, Theodore Rose, of Kerby, a son by the first marriage. The funeral arrangements have not been completed yet."
