Have copy of DAR application 84602 for Helen Rose Ward, showing birth and death years of Artemus Ward, Almira Bishop, John Ward, and Abigail Phelps. Also shows marriage date and place for John Ward, and names of 8 children and their spouses.

Pension file includes proof of marriage and birth date, as recorded in a family record book.
Abigail's signature can be found on page 35 of pension file. No other proof of marriage (church records) could be found, so they had to get wedding guests to testify.
Abigail married John WARD, son of Samuel WARD and Unknown, on 3 Dec 1782 in Enfield, CT.1 (John WARD was born in Sep 1758 in Connecticut 2 and died on 21 Apr 1834 in Herkimer, NY.)
